Fennel Lucknowi, also called lucknawi, are just thin fennel seeds with a mildly sweet and distinctive flavour. Mostly used as mouth or breath fresheners, Lucknowi is mainly used in pickle recipes to enhance the taste and aroma of the dish. Apart from its unique flavour, fennel lucknowi helps regulate blood pressure and is also helpful in coping with constipation and indigestion.
